Messaging Terms

E1O early-access messaging is operated by Datost Inc. These terms apply to the waitlist messaging program.

Choose each message type separately

The signup form has three independent, optional checkboxes. All start unchecked. Entering your number or joining the waitlist alone does not authorize text messages. Select only the types you want:

• Verification codes: automated SMS from E1O (Datost Inc.) only when you request a code. Codes expire in 10 minutes.
• Signup confirmation: one automated SMS from E1O (Datost Inc.) confirming your waitlist signup after your number is verified.
• Early-access invitation (marketing): at most one automated marketing SMS from E1O (Datost Inc.) with your invitation if you are selected for access. This choice is separate from codes and confirmations.

You can join with any combination of preferences, including none. If you do not choose verification codes, we save an unverified request without sending texts. Confirmations and invitations require a verified number and their own selected checkbox. While messaging is unavailable, the form saves your request and choices without sending messages or verifying your number. Messages may be delivered by SMS or iMessage. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of joining the waitlist. No purchase is required. Joining does not guarantee an invitation, device, availability date, or price. You must be authorized to use the number you provide. You may also request access without texts by emailing maceo@datost.com.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation, after which no further waitlist messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact maceo@datost.com. Replying START after opting out removes the delivery block only for message types you previously chose separately. START does not enroll you in marketing or grant consent for another message type. To change individual preferences, contact us; new choices for an existing number require phone verification.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and messaging service. Messages can be delayed or undelivered; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Waitlist Privacy Policy describes how we use your number and consent records. We do not sell or share text-message opt-in data or consent for third-party marketing.
