Can any USB-C port connect to XREAL One Pro?
No. USB-C is the connector; video output is a capability the source must provide. The cable and adapter, if any, must also carry the required signal. Charging successfully does not prove video support.
Follow the signal instead of the plug shape
Start with the source manufacturer's video-output specification and the glasses' connection guide. That is more decisive than whether the cable physically fits. A port can support charging or data without supplying the video mode the display expects.
If a laptop works and a phone does not, keep the working cable arrangement fixed while checking the phone's documented output. If an adapter is involved, identify its direction and requirements. Similar plugs can hide a different signal path, so an accessory described merely as USB-C is incomplete information.
