Test a record you can identify
Use made-up content so the exercise does not require a real private conversation. Check the phone history, any synchronized interface and the state after restarting the app. These observations can reveal a stale local copy or incomplete user-facing removal.
If the item disappears everywhere you can inspect, record that result accurately. Do not claim it proves that no backend or backup copy exists. That broader claim needs supporting service documentation or other evidence. A useful review distinguishes what you observed from what the operator says happens elsewhere.
