Is an iPhone or Android logo enough to establish glasses compatibility?
No. It identifies a platform family, while a particular feature can also depend on phone model, operating-system version, app version and regional availability. Compatibility should name the complete task and configuration.
Ask for the operation, not just the platform
Separate pairing, display delivery, audio input and a connected service. A product can work for one of those operations on a phone while another is unavailable or unreliable. A broad compatible label does not resolve the distinction.
If your main need is reading a cue after the phone locks, ask specifically about that behavior on your phone and current software. A successful setup screen or audio demonstration is evidence about a different operation. Keeping the task explicit makes a support answer much easier to interpret.
