What makes a useful smart-glasses support report?

A useful report names the configuration, the steps, the expected result and the first observable failure. Include whether the problem repeats and what still works. That gives support a starting point they can reproduce.

Write the sequence before the interpretation

We would lead with observations such as "local card arrives, online request times out after phone lock." Then include any hypothesis separately. Otherwise a guessed cause can steer the investigation away from the actual failure.

Use harmless sample content and include relevant timestamps or request identifiers without credentials. A short screen recording can help show a state transition if it does not expose private data. The report should make one failure understandable, rather than include a large unfiltered dump of unrelated logs.
